Our Walks

We have done a lot of walking in our time. Our biggest walk was the 1000 km Bibbulmun Track in a nine week period. Long distance walking like that is a life changing experience. We also took on the Oxfam Trailwalker challenge in 2013 and gearing up to do it again in 2014. Just Keep Walking completed the 100kms in 30 hours. Walking is one of the best ways to see the world and we have completed multi-day walks on five continents.



Why Walk

Walking is one of the best physical exercises available. It is cheap, little equipment is needed and can be done anywhere and anytime. Walking is great physically for the brain, heart, joints and muscles. Mentally, walking is great for mindset and attitude. Studies have shown that walking in nature is as effective as antidepressants.


New Trails

We are trail experts and constantly exploring new trails around the world.  We have explored trails in five continents and nothing excites us more than finding a new trail to hike.

We are based in Western Australian and experts on WA Trails. We were the trail assessors for the WA Top Trail project culminating in the Trails WA website. www.trailswa.com.au

Our best selling book is Western Australia 4WD Top 50 Atlas & Guide in its third print. We also love a 4WD trail as they usually take us to amazing places.
